Capable, cheap wheels.
I bought these wheels because I hit a filthy pothole and bent the stock wheels on my 2005 Acura TL. In place of of paying big money for stock replacements, or even half of that for 3rd-party ownership replicas, I bought these wheels for about 1/4 the price as genuine Acura wheels. They seem like a appropriate quality wheel for general use. I probably wouldn't put racing coalesce tires on them and take them around Road America, but nor would I with any cheapie cast-wheel. I've had them on over a month now, and they are diaphanous for daily driving, and the look great without being too flashy (I know, looks are idiosyncratic.) Two things that should be noted: 1) They require an acorn look tapered lugnut. Also, the hole the lugs drop into is deep and very limited. You'll need a very thin-wall deep-socket wrench to put them on, or just do what I did and get a set of spline-press lugs. 2) The hub is 72.6mm diameter. My TL's hub is 64.1mm. The rims are exacting and fit, but just barely. They might have an 1/8th inch between the brake rotor and rims. However, they don't determine you that you need thin lugnuts to fit down in the rims, that will cost you another 35 bucks on top of the final fee.

They all came in very pleasant. Now that they have been on the car for a couple weeks there are "imperfections" coming out ... but still nice for the payment.

Tremendous!
I like them a lot, they look fine on my Civic. Got a friend that wants to buy them off me already! ONLY small problem is that the center caps are a bit guileful to put back on, no biggie. Other than that.. AWESOME!

set rims. not shippers fault.
Rims are unerring and price is good but when tires got mounted we found bent areas that couldn't have happened in transmittal had to be caused by manufacturer. I still used them because I didn't want to go through the hassle of unmounting them and returning them. They also didn't sink in fare with the right kind of lug nuts. Or any lug nuts for that matter.

yes but the hoop offset is different so they will look like crap to be honest.
the wheels will not have with the fenders properly.

i would rather not put a pinch kit on it so i was wondering how big i could go with the stock 17 in. rims without having the tires scrub.
Not established about the 17" wheels. But, the largest I could get on my (now x) '91 Silverado Z71 w/ 16x8 American Racing wheels were the 275/75-16 in the BFGoodrich T/A.
You may be qualified to get a better answer from the guys/gals

My manage wants to do this because most 15 in tires are cheaper than the 17 in tires. But can this even be done? He is no stranger to with all that mechanic work stuff but I would much rather do a little research before buying the rims and whatnot. :)
you first scarcity to check that a 15" rim will be big enough to clear the brake calipers and it's also very plausible that you won't find a 15" rim that will fit your bolt pattern on that vehicle but other than that they will probably profession
