I recently took a 400 mile in the neighbourhood trip with my Cobra and I was very pleased in fact it saved me twice from getting a $180 ticket so it more than paid for it self two times over. On hills and curves that is cut down quite a bit but still enough time to slow down. I love the extraordinarily features like the compass and intellimute. The size is a little longer that other radar detectors but the suction cup mount seems stronger that the $350 Squire I had and the unit does not shake like the Escort did.
