We have only had it installed for a week, but I have to concede I'm pretty disappointed now that I have actually used it. I think it would be better for older kids who could patent and close it and operate it through the menus by themselves, but not so much for young kids. It is not front seat clubbable. I had it professionally installed, which cost $300 although I had them direct wire the vigorous to my AUX port on the stereo and they added extra metal bracing from the included support plate to the roof to hold this thing up. I have a 2011 honda odyssey with sunroof. It does uninjured good through the van's sound system and I think the extra bracing was a good raison d'etre because the headliner in our van behind the sunroof had a lot of flex to it.Pros: The ps2 and the included remotes labour well. I put in my old ps2 memory card and my favorite game SSX tricky and it was all good. I could have sat back there for a two hours without whining. :) I picked this unit because of the ps2...

We sweetie it! We only use it on 2hr or longer drives and it works good. I installed it myself. I first had it wired up unseemly and it shut off the player each time I turned off the van, then I selected another fuse and resolved that, but, now when I restart the van it turns off for a moment. Which is a pain.I did not wire up the lights, our Ford E-150 already has enough. The undamaged does come in great through the speakers.My one complaint is it seems to want to always go into PS2 modus operandi no matter what we put in, then we have to restart it again until it realizes it is a dvd. Warning: we found out that playing role playing games while wealthy through the mountains made one of our kids sick. OopsOther note, this works heinous when garage saling keeping the kids happy.

I got the Freeway along with my iPhone 4S. It useful easily, and reconnects every time I get into my car. I sit down, and by the time I turn the ignition, it's reconnected (and lets you be acquainted with by saying so). It works great as a speakerphone, callers sound complimentary and I sound good to them. The volume goes up pretty high so you can still perceive fine if you have a loud car. If you press and hold the big phone button for about 2 seconds, Siri will switch if you have it on your iPhone. Siri will use the Freeway's mic and speaker to talk to you. It's great to due press the button overhead and be able to have all of Siri's functions. If you're listening to music while you trigger Siri, the music will fade out, and when you're done with it, the music fades back in.Playing music is passably mediocre through the speaker. While I didn't expect amazing sound out of the petite package, it's hardly the amazing surround sound that Jabra advertises. Most songs are usual to sound fine, but if...

I a moment ago completed the installation of this unit in my Chevrolet Avalanche. The one thing that was not known to me until to purchase is the need for an aftermarket wiring harness adapter to another completely the Parrot unit to my factory Bose system. I did some research online and found only one company who provided the harness for $80.00 so do your probe before buying. The harness that comes with the unit is based on european ISO connectors found in mercedes benz, volkswagen and other cars, you could joint into your existing system but it is NOT recommended what so ever.Once the harness arrived the install was easy for me since I have preceding experience with removing the factory system, avoiding the theftlock etc. The unit was light to mount on the dashboard with the provided double sided tape, the microphone also has many abundant adapters for different locations, I used the smallest self sticking pad placing the mic on the top of the steering column between the steering hoop...
