BOTTOM Contract for: If you have the money to buy one of the name brand $600 DVD/Bluetooth units, then buy one of those because their interface camouflage graphics are much nicer. If that's not an issue for you, or if spending over $600 for a head constituent is, then consider this head unit.This is my second review as the first unit came to me and turned on but did not deport oneself sound. Tech support was impossible to get ahold of the first time around. Props to Amazon for uncommonly speedy delivery of both the first and second replacement unit. Now, after receiving the replacement item and installing it, the same problem occurred and it would not play sound. So I called tech sustain and surprisingly got right through this time. However the tech did not help and offered ungenerous support other than maybe there is a short in your vehicle or a blown fuse. After another hour of troubleshooting it myself I unambiguous to swap the first unit's wiring harness with the new wiring harness. Complication solved! Turns...
Well-proportioned for the Price
Huge unit for the price. It does everything it says. Surprisingly, the bluetooth works happier than some more popular brands. The interface is extremely cheesy. I seriously laughed when I first saw it. Also the loading prematurely seems a bit slow whether it is a cd or dvd. The sound quality is better than expected. My old system was alpine sort-r with 3 v12 amps (i know good sound). The only reason I gave this goods 4 stars is because you really cannot beat the price. The rear view camera works spotlessly, sounds great, and has a great picture. There are some small features that are frustrating example... when a call comes in though bluetooth when you end the call the track on the sd card starts from the opening again. It is rather annoying, but overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Through-and-throughI installed these as a part of the first car audio upgrade I have done since I was in the 10th gradation (10 years ago). I wasn't even going to bother with a car audio upgrade unless it could ad lib on the same field as my home stereo. The home stereo is a pair of Polk Prepositor 70s, a Denon receiver, and a Martin Logan Dynamo sub. Obviously a towering order.Powered by an Alpine MRP-F600 amp, these speakers produce noteworthy, clear sound at any volume. From the inhale of a vocalist to a loud trumpet, at sexually transmitted listening volume to beyond ear-damaging levels, these speakers reproduce the rise faithfully.Installation note: The speaker adapter brackets have a lot of tabs on them to fit a difference of factory mounting points. In some installations you will need to remove the unused tabs so they don't interfere with the door panel. THESE TABS EASILY Photograph OFF BY HAND! I was a dope and didn't realize this at first, so instead of snapping the tabs off I emptied 20 minutes...
Talented speakers!
About 3 months ago, I unquestioned that I'd had enough of my factory car speakers in my 2008 Toyota Prius. I haven't replaced speakers in my cars for years so I didn't stand in want to do the whole rewiring/amp/equalizer/etc deal. I simply wanted to replace the goods speakers with better ones. After a couple of weeks of research, I chose these over Boston Acoustics, Set off and Infinity because of the sensitivity rating and price.Before I get on with how great these are, let me explain how bad the old ones were. The look at speakers suffered bad "motorboating"...you know, when a bass distressful piece of music causes the speakers to make a fluttering shape like a motorboat engine. This was a daily occurence, even with the base kicked down two pips. I also had to backlash the treble up two pips. Still, the treble was severe. Songs like Alanis Morisette's "City-dweller of the Planet" were almost impossible to listen to because the lows were too quiet and the parts where the bass kicked in...
Polk audio... affecting speakers!
You could proclaim a lot about a product just by seeing the type of packaging it came in. But for Polk Audio, the name alone tells you it's a abundant product. They were easy to install, came with all the necessary hardware, look huge, and most importantly, sound excelent. Crisp, smooth highs and straightforward sounding mids & vocals even when pushed hard. Bottom line, unforgivable sounding speakers at a great price!

Depends on many variables. If you have the space for a huge ported box, the PA drivers can get VERY loud, enough to destory your hearing. However, PA drivers do NOT perform upon the low low bass as well as a car subwoofer.
