    Able product
I liking this product... I needed a good and reliable radio for my car and this one worked out nothing but great !!! Thanks !!
    Eximious CD Player
This same beau id is sold for $50 more at any local retail shop in my town. It's a famed after market cd player that has the auxiliary input on the front for mp3 players. I don't have a system in my car so I'm unable to survey it's quality through subwoofers, but my Sony Xplode 6 1/2" and 5 1/4" door speakers affect cooperate clear and loudly with this cd players EQ.
Honesty a possessions Sound at Affordable Price
I wanted this section for the aux port for my ipod. Little did I know how much stereo I was getting for the long green! I like the negative display. White letters on black curriculum vitae. Looks natural and not cheap like other Sony models. The controls were a brief hard to get used to at first, but as long as you are sitting still while changing the clock or accustomed settings, it's pretty easy. The volume control knob is SO much easier to use than the CDX-MP40 that I had before. And all the plugs were inimitable from my old radio to my new one. Love it!

    Fearsome Radio
This is a famous radio. Very good quality, easy to install, and easy to use. I don't in one's own view use it for pandora, but with the front inputs for 1/8" jack, and USB, it really let's you do just about anything. Evict a couple hundred albums on a flash drive, and no more use for a bunch of CD cases in your instrument. Just plug and play.
    Very satisfied
Im very satisfied with the entity. The one complaint I have is that alot of the features are tailored to iphone owners which i divine if your among the blind masses wont be much of an issue. I would just like to by a hair's breadth plug my galaxy nexus into the usb and play music and charge at the same hour instead of having to plug in the aux with it but its not much of a deal breaker and thats a the breaks I have learned to except when it comes to owning a less main stream phone. The pronounce is great, I specially love the ability to turn my rear speakers into more sub like speakers that do a lofty job of eliminating the urge of me getting a sub tho I still plan on it but that feature still gives that super kick to hold me over. It has alot of options to get the sound to your liking and is unostentatious to do so. I installed it with the satalite tuner. It works flawlessly with it like i expected it would and its superior then having to deal with a separate unit and finding a spot for it without...
    Unsafe in Any Wise
This buying, made locally, is a huge disappointment. Worse, it is unsafe to use while driving. It is a stone's throw from impossible to read the tuner digital display during the daytime. It is overloaded with features that are too puzzling to use while driving. There's is no way to fine tune to a station of your choice. Everything is "seek" -- sense the radio chooses the station by virtue of the strength of signal. If you're on the prickly of the reception area of your favorite station, you won't be able to listen to it. Once it does fasten on what to let you listen to, the digital display of the station identity numbers fade away from view, never to be seen again until you change the station. It's worthless as a radio, an flawless piece of crap, and truly dangerous by virtue of everything being so tiny and so obscure.

Rich-End Car Audio In A Mid-Range Receiver Make This A Good Value
I purchased this standard for my Nissan Versa without doing any homework on it...a local store was present free installation along with a sale price, and I noticed it had a front panel USB connector so I was hoping it would enjoy oneself my MP3 files from a flash drive. I wasn't expecting much in terms of prominence and features...I figured I didn't need to spend a lot of money since I would be using the 4 pre-wired entry speakers that came with my car. To say I was blown away by the sound would be an understatement...I can only surmise what this would sound like with a nice speaker setup. In any case, here's my take on the well-proportioned and the not-so-good.Pros: - Detaching the faceplate is easy. Attaching it can be a bit debatable, but with a little practice most should be able to get it on in under 20 seconds. - It's ready with many of the same features of Sony's higher-priced players. There are several ways to locate a discrete to track when playing CD-Rs or USB...
    Illustrious Hidden Feature
You DONT want an iPod to use many of the USB input features. I'm using a tiny 2GB Lexar FireFly spring drive in the USB port- which is available through Amazon for about $12. I have loaded it with music and podcast mp3s using Windows Media Virtuoso.I use the Sony controls to scroll through the contents of the flash drive, and can see the name of the Album or walk, track name etc displayed. It would be easy to create playlists on the usb to make it even easier to use. This means the unmitigated music "baggage" I need in the car with me is one one inch jump drive; no CDs, no priceless ipod or music player and cables to attract thieves.I posted a 2 trice video of this Player in action on YouTube you will find it if you search for "Sony CDX-GT540UI".
Stunning Car Audio System for the Money!!
I am doing a resto-mod 1977 Chrysler Cordoba and wanted to succeed the stock AM/FM monoural radio with a modern unit at a price that wouldn't discontinuation the bank. This is a FULL featured unit. The speakers are responsive, crisp. I paired them with the harmonized rear SONY 6x9 speakers and installed it myself in a day.The controls do take a bit of getting used to like anything else but after awhile it becomes next nature. My only complaint if you will are the small function knobs which can be difficult to find while you're driving. They are also placed arrange together so it is easy to inadvertently select the wrong function.Other than that, as I said in my inscription an AWESOME unit for the price.

    Superior Car Stereo!
I sanctuary't had this thing for long but so far my experience has been wonderful. I had been using off-brand stereos up until I bought this and I was yes amazed at how much better the sound quality was after they installed it.Even in my old '91 Congruence with stock speakers, this thing gets LOUD and the sounds is unambiguous and crisp. The Equilizer is simple but effective and it's easy to change the form toll setting without really even looking so you don't have to worry about driving unsafely. The visualize is nice and solid and the detachable face plate actually houses all the wheel so the stereo is useless when you take it with you (some off brands don't do this). The knob is the volume control, not the announce tuner. I personally love for the knob to be volume so you can quickly express it down if you get pulled over or something.Overall I'm very happy with this stereo, the sound quality is to be sure ' amazing for the price. The fact that you can...
    gigantic for the price
heinous unit overall, looks good, sounds great, indulgent to set up, good manualI used it to replace my cars factory scant sound tape deck (great speakers, crap supervise unit) from '93, set loudness on and custom equalizer and it sounds precious stone clear from 1-50 max volume with my mp3 player at max volume, the few minutes i've had to pay attention to to the radio was very clear as wellmy brother works with a lot of car stereo's and he says that xplod radios perspicacious like garbage when you pump any volume, but I can honestly say he was wrong.for under $60 this is a spectacular unitdoes 3 pairs of beeps when you shut it off, i actually kind of like it
    Sony CDXGT240 MP3 Instrumentalist
Bought this effect based on reviews of others and when I got it, and installed it I realized I had purchased a good stereo/CD competitor/MP3. The install was fairly easy, and the soud quality was great! I did not people for twisting wires to my car, but one thing I did do that has made me glad I did it, was to soder all my wires, then band them up with electrical tape. This I feel will keep me from having issues with popping in the wireless because of some loose connection. Sony makes a great product and the instructions are readily read.I would say the only problem was understanding how to retro-fit it into my dash. The radio comes with a kit, but was not expert to use it. I had to forgo and use the brackets and mount directly to the radio. If you can buy a installation kit as well for your beau id you are better off.
